Our Team
Marty Silverman, CEO
Marty has been in the Electrical Industry since 1964 and became a Master Electrician in 1967 when he formed United Electric, an electrical contracting company in Detroit, Michigan. United Electric was very successful, generating over $50 Million dollars in business during its 35+ years of operation. More than 80% of United's client base and 90% of its employees remained loyal to the vision of the organization over that time. In 2003, Marty decided to close United Electric and retire to Santa Monica, CA.
Upon relocating to the Phoenix area in April of 2005, Marty became bored with retirement and looked to get back into the electrical field. Since that time he was the head of Purchasing for a large electrical contractor here in the valley. In addition, Marty has become active in the “Going Green” theory with respect to retrofitting existing buildings with the newest in energy saving lighting fixtures and devices.
Marty specializes in energy conservation and retrofits by designing creative solutions through lighting and other applications within the retail, commercial, industrial, government and distribution industries. He works directly with Owners, Property Managers, Facilities Managers, CFO’s, CEO’s and other top-level executives in an effort to balance their investment and energy savings for the greatest benefit to their bottom-line.

Bryan Silverman, Vice President of Operations
With more than 15 years of business development, marketing and senior management experience in both start-up and established organizations, Bryan comes to Energy Savings Group possessing the necessary business acumen and knowledge to help drive the company's growth and brand.
As a young entrepreneur in Detroit, Bryan established and successfully operated two businesses while still in his 20's; a wireless retail store, Skyline Communications, and a private valet parking company, Silco Valet. After attending Indiana University, where he studied Communications and Economics, he set off for sunny California. While there, he worked for PageNet as their Equipment Programming Manager, creating and streamlining distribution and reconciliation processes, and was the Western Region Major Accounts Executive for SkyTel, where he helped grow territory profits by more than 50%.
In 2004, Bryan and his family decided to relocate to the east valley in Phoenix, AZ. Following a successful career in the wireless industry, he decided to shift gears and venture into the Human Resources and Employment industry with Jobing.com. Over the past three years he served as their Talent Development Director and Sr. Director of Business Development, expanding his knowledge on recruiting, training and HR related issues, while helping the company expand from six to twenty-six markets nationally.

He promotes success through client-focused solutions, placing great value on service, integrity and attention to detail. Drawing from experience across a broad range of industries, customer types and situations, Bryan stands ready to focus on providing energy management solutions with the highest return and the best possible experience to both large and small commercial/industrial clients.
As Vice President, his responsibilities include marketing, website development and content, managing services, and operations.
